Services
Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
We provide community-based SUD outpatient and peer support services based on individual need. In addition, we provide a range of prevention and recovery programs and services in individual and group sessions. Many adults with a substance use disorder also have a mental illness. K Hawk Solutions supports integrated care with screening, diagnosis and treatment for both mental and substance use disorders to treat the whole person for the best health outcomes.

Early Intervention (Preventative Care)

Prevention services are aimed at reducing factors that increase the risk of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use and abuse among children, youth and adults, as well as promoting the likelihood of healthy, drug-free youth and their families.
Recommendations are determined through comprehensive assessments based on client needs and concerns.

Recovery Services

Recovery services include wrap-around services, such as care coordination, mentoring, coaching, educational support, job readiness and training, public transportation and other services to support and sustain recovery. These services build on hope which is the foundation of recovery. The recovery process is very personal and recognizes that substance use disorder is a chronic disease and setbacks may occur. Resilience is key to sustained recovery.
