Every new client receives a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation conducted by a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, Psychologist, or Clinical Social Worker. This assessment identifies strengths, available resources, and treatment needs—serving as the foundation for an individualized treatment plan (ITP).

Our psychiatric team provides medication management services as needed, including prescription oversight, progress monitoring, and patient education. We ensure that clients understand their treatment plan, potential side effects, and how medications support their overall wellness goals.

Each client’s ITP is developed collaboratively to establish clear, measurable goals based on their personal challenges and desired outcomes. This plan guides therapy and ensures care remains goal-oriented, flexible, and effective over time.

Our licensed clinicians offer individual, family, and group therapy to help clients improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop coping skills.
