Position Overview
Mental Health Therapists at K Hawk Solutions provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
Clinicians work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and support meaningful progress toward mental health and life goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial histories for new clients

Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans

Support discharge planning and aftercare coordination

Sports Therapy Clinician

Competitive per-session or salaried compensation based on licensure, experience, and caseload.

Position Overview
The Sports Therapy Clinician is a licensed therapist who supports athletes and performance-driven individuals through evidence-based therapy and mental skills training.
This role blends traditional counseling with performance psychology techniques to help clients strengthen resilience, manage stress, and perform at their highest level.

Assist athletes coping with injury-related emotional challenges

Collaboration & Care Coordination

Work with psychiatrists, therapists, coaches, and rehabilitation providers

Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Complete treatment plans and assessments in compliance with COMAR and payer requirements

As K Hawk Solutions expands its Sports Therapy program, clinicians in this role will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from a future doctoral-level Sports Psychologist joining the clinical team.
