Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services
Integrated Recovery. Compassionate Support. Lasting Change.
At K Hawk Solutions (KHS), we believe recovery begins with connection, compassion, and a commitment to treating the whole person. Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services provide community-based outpatient and peer support tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Because many people living with substance use also face mental health challenges, KHS uses an integrated care model that combines screening, diagnosis, and treatment for both mental health and substance use disorders. This comprehensive approach promotes lasting recovery and long-term wellness.
Early Intervention & Prevention Services
Empowering individuals and families to make healthy choices before addiction takes hold.
Our early intervention programs focus on reducing the risk factors associated with alcohol, tobacco, and drug use — while promoting protective factors that encourage positive decision-making and healthy lifestyles.
We work with children, youth, adults, and families to strengthen awareness, accountability, and resilience through prevention education, skill-building, and family engagement.
Services Include:
-
Prevention workshops and awareness campaigns
-
Risk assessment and education sessions
-
School and community-based prevention programs
-
Family coaching and wellness education
Goal: To build stronger, informed communities where prevention starts with empowerment, education, and early support.

Treatment Levels
Level 1 — Outpatient Program
A structured outpatient model offering individual and group counseling that fits into clients’ daily routines.
Focus areas include relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, and goal setting.
Level 2 — Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A more structured, multi-session program providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals requiring additional support.
Sessions are conducted in both individual and group formats, emphasizing relapse prevention, behavioral therapy, and holistic recovery.
Youth & School-Based Prevention
Reaching the next generation before addiction begins.
KHS partners with schools, youth organizations, and families to offer drug prevention programs, peer mentorship, and early intervention workshops for adolescents at risk.
These programs build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create safe spaces for open conversations about substance use and mental health.
Our Approach
At KHS, we understand that recovery is personal, non-linear, and deeply human.
Our team meets clients with empathy, clinical excellence, and a belief in every person’s capacity to change. We combine evidence-based therapy, community-based care, and real-world resources to create a pathway toward stability, purpose, and lifelong recovery.
